Adult Learn to Sail Programs

Sail Training in January 2025

Here is the latest information, provided by Tom Elder from Smooth Sailing School.

All BHSA sail training courses will be run from January 13th- 17th, 2025.

The course schedule will be:

-> Mornings (8:30 AM - 12:15 PM): Tackers 1 and Start Sailing

-> Afternoons (1:00 PM - 4:45 PM): OutThere Sailing and Tackers 2 and 3

The price for each course is $435.

You will learn the fundamental skills of dinghy sailing and enhance your confidence and fun on the water.

The only prerequisite is that you are water confident.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a dinghy.
All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.
There are no age limits.
There will be 8 to 10 participants max in the course. ‘Pacer’ dinghies used in the course.
