Tackers is back in January 2025

​

Tackers has been a roaring success since its inception so we are very pleased that it will be offered again in January 2025.

 

Here is the latest information, provided by Tom Elder from Smooth Sailing School.

​

All BHSA sail training courses will be run from January 13th- 17th, 2025.

 

The course schedule will be:

-> Mornings (8:30 AM - 12:15 PM): Tackers 1 and Start Sailing

-> Afternoons (1:00 PM - 4:45 PM): OutThere Sailing and Tackers 2 and 3

The price for each course is $435.

Information about Tackers 1, 2 and 3

(7-12 years)

 

Tackers is a fun and accredited Australian Sailing program aimed at children aged 7-12 years. It gives them an opportunity to enjoy safe and fun adventures on the water. The program includes:

 

• Tuition from qualified Australian Sailing instructors

• Fun on-water and off-water activities and games

• Tackers Certificate, presented on the last day

• Photos that will be emailed to participants
